As a leader in business for 30 years from a General Manager at Lord & Taylor to Operations Manager at Neiman Marcus, I've been able to develop and lead teams of people to success. I work with leaders to uncover core values, motivations, and self-awareness encouraging them to build confidence in taking responsibility for their work and their lives. I support businesses in creating a culture consisting of leaders of people vs simply managers of processes, improving workforce engagement and collaboration. I am now able to support Leaders to evolve to meet the challenges of a changed business and working world.
