Honorable ​Pam Hansen – Brief Bio

I am the president and principal consultant with Hansen Jones Associates, LLC, a coaching and consulting organization serving clients in Michigan. Hansen Jones partners with Dechen Consulting Group to provide consulting services to IT customers. We also work with other organizations to ensure delivery of the highest quality services to our clients. 

My consulting work has included complex culture change initiatives for clients in automotive IT, healthcare, financial services technology and public sector. Clients include TD Ameritrade, Ford Motor Company, —name others. Coaching leaders to embrace their role in setting and sustaining the organization’s culture is a critical part of guiding successful organization change. 

Since 2007, my private coaching practice has been dedicated to helping clients deepen their self-awareness, build their strengths and practice strategies to grow as effective leaders.

​I have been a featured speaker on topics such as Managing Customer Relationships and have developed courseware and presented on topics related to leadership and effective teams.    

My education includes an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, an MBA from the University of St Thomas in St Paul, Minnesota and executive and leadership coach training at the College of Executive Coaching in Southern California. 

I am a member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT), Women Officials Network of Oakland County (WON) board, and am a Keyholder member of the SheHive, a women’s resource collective in Ferndale Michigan.  In 2016, I was elected president of the Franklin (Michigan) Village Council and have a strong interest in supporting women to move into appointed and elected leadership positions to enable positive change in our communities.
