Danielle Walton
Director - WON Foundation and
Assistant Oakland County Prosecutor Member of the State Bar of Michigan Board of Commissioners (Fall 2021) After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, I spent six years in Muskegon, Michigan as an assistant prosecutor. In 2000, I joined the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office as an assistant prosecutor and am currently employed there. I specialize in appellate work, and litigate in the Oakland County Circuit Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court and primarily handle serious felonies such as sex crimes, robberies, and murders. I have worked on a number of campaigns for women who have run for elected office and, through my current role as director on the Board of WON, hope to support other women to achieve the goal of leadership through an appointed or elected office. |
