Gracie Mitchell

a recent graduate with a Bachelors of Science in
Nursing (BSN) from Lawrence Technological University. Her current position is a registered nurse in the oncology department of a major hospital. She played collegiate basketball, making the All-Academic and Champions of Character Team while maintaining a 3.96 GPA. Gracie has a passion for leadership, advocacy, learning, and helping others. She participated in fundraising campaigns for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) to raise money for blood cancer research.  Additionally, she is proud of being the MC of the WONder Woman Banquet for the last two years. Gracie is a member of the Student Nursing Association, which works to support nursing students. In addition, she is a part of the DeRoy Education Partners Fellowship. This fellowship focuses on
servant leadership and gaining life skills necessary for success. She has been a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion group on campus. Gracie says: "I am looking forward to another opportunity to grow my leadership skills and work with extremely diverse, driven, and impactful women.
