Dr. Casandra Ulbrich

Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement at the University of MichiganDearborn and Immediate Past President of the State Board of Education, where she was elected to serve for 16 years, the last 6 as President. She is an outspoken publiceducation leader, advocate and activist, always promoting high standards and positive outcomes for all. As past President of theWomen Officials Network, Casandra served as a relentless champion for women as motivator and mentor, encouraging women to seek their seat at the table. She previously held positions as Vice President for College Advancement and Community Relations at Macomb Community College, and as a Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Wayne State University.
