Danielle Atkinson

Founding Director of Mothering Justice and Mothering Justice Action Fund, two national organizations working to improve the lives of families by equipping the next generation of mother activists. She is a nationally recognized speaker, a church-based, electoral, and community organizer. Mothering Justice, a leadership development and advocacy organization,has reached more than 500,000 mothers in voter engagement efforts. Atkinson serves on the Michigan Women's Commission, the Board of Governors of Wayne State University, and numerous other boards. She has received countless awards for her unparalled community service and contributions. Atkinson and her husband are the proud parents of six children.
